Barbara Tucker
Barbara Tucker, RN has always been on the path to serve women. She has supported women through pregnancies, deliveries, and child care having previously worked in labor and delivery as well as pediatrics. Now in the aesthetic industry for over 20 years, she finds herself caring for women as they age.
This Montreal native loves taking art classes, and uses her artistry in her practice as a nurse injector. She also trains other injectors in California and Hawaii.
Barbara is known for her soothing voice and soft touch. Patients love her honesty and skill for a natural look. Her goal is to make her patients feel and look better leaving the office than when they first arrived.
Marion Ejan
Marion Ejan, RN has been in the medical aesthetics industry for over 23 years.
Her journey started when she was a teenager struggling with severe acne. With limited options at the time, she was determined to one day educate herself and help revolutionize the medical aesthetics industry in order to serve others.
Marion loves to share her knowledge through her bubbly personality. She specializes in making her patients look “naturally snatched.” She spends her free time with family and outdoors in nature.
Not only is she an advanced injector, but also a trainer, and is recognized as one of the industry’s pioneer practitioners.
Kenia Umana
Kenia is a certified surgical technologist with more than 10 years of experience in plastic surgery. Kenia is known for her attention to detail and dedication to getting work done. She values the importance of quality patient-centered care while remaining mindful of her patient’s individual needs.
In her free time, Kenia enjoys making memories with her family of three and cheering on her young daughter at swimming classes. She is a coffee lover and enjoys trying new flavors.
Raya De Leon
Raya hails from the Philippines, with a two-decade career in the beauty and fashion industry. Upon relocating to Los Angeles, she joined Dr. Lee’s team as the Aesthetics Coordinator in 2015. In 2018, following the arrival of her son, she made the heartfelt decision to embrace the joys of motherhood. Today, Raya is back with Dr. Lee, passionately committed to providing patients a seamless and comfortable experience in their surgical journey.
Madeline Noriega
Madeline Noriega is a Pasadena local broadening her experience in the medical field. Coming from a cardiology office she has gained experience with patients to understand and assist to their needs.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, spoiling herself with shopping, having a self-care day and going to the beach.

Andrea has a BA in Psychology from Vanguard University. She’s been in this industry for nearly 10 years and finds it fascinating! Andrea uses her relational skills to ensure that every individual who walks in feels comfortable. She is always eager to answer any and all questions, from med spa procedures to coordinating surgeries.
In her free time Andrea enjoys running and shopping. Most of all she enjoys spending time with her husband and her French bulldog.
Shawn Hanan
Shawn, a registered nurse, is not only the mother of two boys, she is also a medical aesthetician. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing from the Hahn School of Nursing where she graduated at the top of her class. Her passion for skincare and her desire to help those around her lead to a career in aesthetic medicine. Shawn began her aesthetic medical career in 2006 working in Beverly Hills with many of today’s top celebrities.
Shawn specializes in restoring and enhancing natural beauty through the use of injectables such as Botox and Restylane, as well as specialized laser therapies. Shawn’s passion and dedication to skin health allow her to provide optimal aesthetic outcomes for all of her patients.
Amanda Flores
Amanda has a license in Cosmetology and has been a makeup artist for nearly 20 years. She is certified as a CoolSculpting specialist at Lily Lee, MD and also works the front desk. She loves to help patients reach their aesthetic goals.
She is a mom of five very active kids. You can usually spot her on her days off at a baseball field or cheer competitions rooting her kids on. Amanda has a passion for health and loves weight training, running, and cycling. Her goal one day is to add “personal trainer” to her resume.
