Dr. Lily lee
After graduating high school in Houston, Texas as a National Merit Scholar, she attended Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, on full scholarship, graduating magna cum laude. Dr. Lee then obtained her medical degree at Case Western Reserve University, consistently ranked among the top 20 Medical Schools in the United States by US News & World Report.
She matched into her first choice for residency at the University of Southern California completing her General and Plastic Surgery Training. During her 10-year surgical training period, Dr. Lee completed a fellowship in Burn Surgery at the Los Angeles County Regional Burn Center.
During her residency, Dr. Lee was very active in taking bench research to clinical applications during her residency. Her desire to bring hair growth to children with severe burn injuries resulted in research which culminated in a U.S. Patent for hair growth. She has presented her work at numerous national and international forums and won many awards for her scientific contributions as a plastic surgeon.
Dr. Lee is a board-certified plastic surgeon and active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, California Society of Plastic Surgeons, Los Angeles Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the American Medical Association. She now owns her private plastic surgery practice in Pasadena and Palm Desert, with a particular focus in eyelid reconstruction and Asian eyelid aesthetic surgeries. Most of Dr. Lee’s free time is spent keeping up with her teenage daughter.
